Apple TV celebrated the global premiere of its new documentary series “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars” with exclusive events in London and New York City, drawing an impressive lineup of culinary and entertainment industry figures.
On Sunday, October 5, executive producer Gordon Ramsay hosted an exclusive premiere event at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, 22 Bishopsgate in London. The gathering brought together the chefs, creatives, and culinary innovators to mark the launch of “Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars,” including series host Jesse Burgess and Michelin-starred chefs such as Matt Abé, Paul Ainsworth,
Nyesha Arrington, Jason Atherton, Richard Blais, Anna Haugh, Santiago Lastra, Clare Smyth, Marcus Wareing, and many others. Ramsay addressed the crowd, praising the artistry and dedication behind the pursuit of Michelin recognition.
The Ramsay family was also in attendance, including Tana Ramsay and children Tilly and Holly, and Adam Peaty. Additional tastemakers and VIPs, including Josh Barrie, Nick Grimshaw, Liv Grimshaw, and Saam Zonoozi, added to the evening’s star power, making both premieres fitting tributes to the high-stakes, high-flavor world explored in the series.
In New York, the celebration took place on Friday, October 10, through private events hosted in collaboration with Elizabeth Street Hospitality and Gracious Hospitality Management. An evening gathering brought together guests at the acclaimed restaurants The Musket Room, followed by an after-party at COQODAQ, both featured in the series. Attendees included host Burgess, Jennifer
Vitagliano, Nicole Vitagliano and Chef Mary Attea of The Musket Room, alongside Simon Kim and Chef Seung Kyu (SK) Kim of COQODAQ. The evening featured a tasting menu showcasing each restaurant’s culinary vision and signature dishes, offering guests an immersive preview of the talent and stories captured in the series.
