MICHAEL Los Angeles Premiere | Red Carpet, Cast & Event Highlights

The MICHAEL Los Angeles premiere brought together cast, filmmakers, and special guests at the Dolby Theatre and TCL Chinese Theatre, with appearances from Jaafar Jackson, Nia Long, Colman Domingo, Miles Teller, and more celebrating the film and the legacy of Michael Jackson.

The Los Angeles premiere of MICHAEL transformed Hollywood Boulevard into a celebration of the life and legacy of Michael Jackson, as Lionsgate hosted a red carpet event spanning the Dolby Theatre and TCL Chinese Theatre.

Cast and filmmakers including Jaafar Jackson, Juliano Valdi, Nia Long, Colman Domingo, and director Antoine Fuquawere joined by members of the Jackson family and a wide range of guests from across music, film, and entertainment.

Following the screening, the audience responded with a standing ovation as the cast and filmmakers took the stage. The evening concluded with remarks from Jaafar Jackson, honoring the legacy behind the film and the impact of one of music’s most influential figures.
