ARLINGTON, VA; SEPT 14, 2022 – PBS is offering viewers the BBC’s live uninterrupted coverage of THE STATE FUNERAL OF HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II on Monday, Sept. 19, 4:00 a.m. to noon ET (check local listings) on PBS, PBS.org and the PBS Video app.
The BBC primetime special, THE STATE FUNERAL OF HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II: EVENTS OF THE DAY, airs that night from 8:00-9:30 p.m. ET (check local listings) on PBS, PBS.org and the PBS Video app.
To accommodate this special programming, the broadcast schedule for THE U.S. AND THE HOLOCAUST, the new three-part film directed by Ken Burns, Lynn Novick and Sarah Botstein, has been adjusted. Episode 1 of THE U.S. AND THE HOLOCAUST still premieres on Sunday, Sept. 18, with Episode 2 now airing on Tuesday, Sept. 20 and Episode 3 moving to Wednesday, Sept. 21. All three episodes air from 8:00-10:00 p.m. ET (check local listings) on PBS, PBS.org and the PBS Video app. An encore of Episode 1 will follow the BBC’s special programming Monday night.
All three episodes of THE U.S. AND THE HOLOCAUST will be available to stream for free starting on Sunday, Sept. 18, at 8:00 p.m. ET on all station-branded PBS platforms, including PBS.org and the PBS Video app, available on iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Smart TV, Chromecast and VIZIO.
