(Los Angeles, California, January 20, 2022) – Expanding on the organization’s exciting programming for the 2022 Sundance Film FestivalThe Blackhouse Foundation will host a powerhouse panel entitled Summer of Soul: A Necessary Story presented by Onyx Collective, Disney’s new content brand focused on artists of color, on Sunday, January 23. Panelists include director, drummer, DJ, producer, culinary entrepreneur, New York Times best-selling author, and member of The Roots – Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson and Onyx Collective’s President Tara Duncan, moderated by The Atlantic’s Hannah Giorgis

And in the Blackhouse spirit of change, diversity, and breaking ground, The Blackhouse Foundation hosts Building Inclusive Content at Lionsgate on Sunday, January 23.
