Boston Mayor Michelle Wu Issues Official Proclamation Declaring June 17 as “Jack Ryan Day”
BOSTON, MA – June 18, 2023 – Ahead of the fourth and final season of the fan-favorite action thriller Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, stars John Krasinski, Wendell Pierce, and Michael Kelly joined fans in Boston for an epic send-off. The Prime Video series finale of the platform-defining hit premieres on June 30.
Krasinski, Pierce, and Kelly kicked things off on Thursday, June 15 with a fan screening at MGM Music Hall at Fenway to a full house of fans, the military community, and more. The night started with the actors hosting a meet-and greet-with Home Base, a Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital program, dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of war for Veterans, Service Members and their Families regardless of era of service, discharge status or geographical location. Krasinski, Pierce, and Kelly were welcomed on stage by Home Base’s Brigadier General (Ret.) Jack Hammond where they participated in a fan Q&A before introducing the packed theater to an exclusive sneak peek of the first two episodes of the final season.
After the screening, the stars attended an intimate reception at The 521 Overlook at Fenway Park, located in Centerfield of the historic ballpark. The event highlighted the series as a whole showcasing imagery of iconic moments throughout the four seasons. The night also consisted of a firework display that was scored to the series’ powerful theme song followed by the Boston-loved “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond.
To further highlight the send off of the renowned series, Boston Mayor Michelle Wu signed a proclamation declaring June 17 Jack Ryan Day. Prime Video’s platform defining series Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan highlighted the fan favorite character.
Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Season 4 premieres June 30 on Prime Video, with two episodes available each Friday, leading up to the epic series finale on July 14. The six-episode season will stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
