WAREHOUSE 9 PREPARES FOR GRAND OPENING WITH THE GOAL TO REVITALIZE ALL-DAY ENTERTAINMENT IN SAN PEDRO
Upgrades are underway at the 26,000-square-foot complex that once housed Brouwerij West; MBF Productions partnership will ensure quality entertainment at indoor-outdoor venue
Los Angeles, CA (April 2, 2025) — San Pedro is on the verge of an entertainment revival with the forthcoming grand opening of Warehouse 9.
Following the recent closure of the Brouwerij West brewery, Warehouse 9 is transforming the 26,000-square-foot space (a Port of Los Angeles warehouse built by the U.S. Navy during World War II). And with renovations at the site underway, the Warehouse 9 team’s lofty ambitions are already set in stone: to be the L.A. neighborhood’s premier all-ages, indoor-outdoor venue for great food and drinks, plus live music, karaoke nights and special events.
“We want to assure the community that the space will still be a place to gather, celebrate, drink great beer, eat good food and enjoy live music in a family-friendly — and dog-friendly — environment,” said Warehouse 9 owner Oron Kotlizky. “We know people love hanging out at this unique location, and it’s important to us to continue serving San Pedro in this way. We’ve rehired the BW staff and managers, so the community will recognize some familiar faces behind the floor and throughout the venue. Your support means the world to us, and we can’t wait to welcome you in for a drink.”
Like BW before it, Warehouse 9 will partner with MBF Productions to ensure that top-shelf entertainment options fill the calendar throughout the year.
